Because solidity does not use floating number, when we calculate percentage it is rounded.

For example, when lottery transfer 33,13% to a winner, the real transfer is 33% so the 0.13 remaining in the lottery pool.

We added functionality to use these remaining. There will be converted to token like DOT, BNB, CAKE… and given to random holder on twitter regularly.
